Information About State Ratifying Conventions when it comes to Amendment Ratification Procedure in the U.S. Constitution
I’m a student doing a research paper on ratification conventions and I generally think I got all the info given the ambiguity of Article V when it comes to this, it only being done for the 21st amendments ratification, and generally states having control their own ratification conventions. I’m asking yall if there’s anything yall think I’m missing or should know about this?
