I’m pulling for her, now I need to know what she actually does
So I’m exactly a month in, and i realized my account needs a mommy figure (cartethyia only counts as 0.5), so I’m pulling for changli. I’m fine with her being useless, but I hear she provides 25% fusion and res lib dmg. I’m thinking about using her as support for aemeath (I’ve gotten lucky with previous character pulls so I have a lot saved). Viable or no?

I needa learn how to build her I wasn't expecting this.
I was sorta just messing around, decided to put 2 pulls into her, and out she popped. I'm pretty new (2 weeks in) and I have no clue how to build her. Best I can come up with is to stick rover and shorekeeper (I have both) on her.
EDIT: Please stop acting like my grandma died because I spent 320 astrites on her. No way she's not worth 2 pulls, and she's a massive AOE upgrade from Hrover.

How did I get this echo? And does it do anything for my current build?
For reference, I'm data bank level 13 and union lvl 22. I thought you can't get gold echoes when I'm early like that? And my current team is just rover, sanhua, and shorekeeper (I used jinshi for this fight but she like immediately got 1 shotted). Rover's like lvl 50, I'm too lazy to do sanhua, and Idk how to ascend shorekeeper yet. Took me around 5 tries each for both of them.
Would also be nice to know what actually pairs with rover, because she's the MC I'm not leaving her in jinzhou eating noodles or whatever.
