I am a freelance artist who lives in Turkey, last night I tried to have my client who uses PayPal to accept my Payment Request for 40 dollars as a test to see if the rest of the 160 dollars could be sent to me safely.

When they try to click "pay" they get refreshed, AKA it doesn't let them. Is this a site issue, an issue with my country? Or was it because my country's banks were closed during those hours?

I have never used Payoneer before. But I heard people were able to receive payments this way before? Does my client need to do something? Please help ASAP!!!
