As an entrepreneur and founder, ideas just seem to keep flowing and with the help of AI it’s never been easier to formulate an idea to get to where you need to start doing the leg work for customer discovery and validation. I have one main b2b SaaS vertical startup, at MVP and will be validating shortly. It’s getting some of my time and a lot of my free capital. It’s my biggest passion. But i have had some ideas spin up before and after founding of that company i would like to pursue. For background i already run a lifestyle company in the industry of my primary startup. Some of the others are completely different b2c and different industries entirely. Some complement the main startup.

Has anyone founded multiple startups at once? I mean if Elon can do it right? Lol

Problem I am running into now is, the data I thought I could use, is not mine. It's projects I worked on for other companies in the industry. Contracts state they own the work product. They are just middle men, the work product is likely owned by the entity above them even. So I'm sitting with a dilemma on a 7k file 1.5TB corpus that is currently unusable. I'm thinking the best course of action is to synthesize fake data from the real data and use that. I probably don't need all 7k files dating back to 2013, can probably use the more recent 1k, but they all come with photos and my idea with the photos was to use to train a vision model to automate thinking on the photos. Anyone have this come up at all? The corpus needs to be defensible in acquisition

What's the best app for linux? I use wispr flow on my other machines, looking for something with push to talk functionality.

Will eventually have to trim the fat. Kinda wishing I got a larger primary ssd 2x 4TB vs a 2TB primary and a 4TB storage. Because want to keep the models on the fast slot.

Running my own models. I was having some trouble getting vLLM going so dropped down to LM Studio which I've used on my 24GB MacBook Air.

I now have LM Link across both laptops into the AI Workstation RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell. And my phone on LM Mini. It's so cool and I'm just getting started.

Currently have Qwen3.5 9B going with Qwen3.6 27B and 35B A3B downloading. Going to play with some Llamas too 3.3 70B Instruct Q8, Deepseek R1 Distill Q8, 3.3 70B Q4, and 3.2 11B Vision Instruct.
