Just wanted to ask if I need to level his Normal Attack Talents
Was thinking of running him on Obsidian with a Widsith.

I have M0W1 YSG along with Dialyn and Zhao (both M0W0)
I got Velina early and already have 75 Pulls saved up and was planning to go for Remielle since I like horizontally investing and heard that they're supposed to work really well with each other
Came back for the Cyberpunk Collab. Already got Lucy so was thinking of going for her Weapon and getting the free Waveband
I probably unlocked like ONE Resonance Beacon in the whole thing
