Hi I want to buy hearing aids for my grandfather he is 84 years old and he has a wired hearing aid which he uses I tried getting him Signia Sirion connect 75 for both ears but he has problems adjusting with it couldn't hear properly while using mobile or a TV when two people talk he can hear that and when they face away that's when he cannot hear but with this machine he could hear that too but could not use phone and TV properly it has to be set again and sometimes hearing while talking to someone is also difficult for him.He can hear sounds but there is no clarity which is why he cannot understand words.

Which hearing aid could be bought for him? Also does it take some time to adjust to a new hearing aid ?
