Postpartum belly help
Hi all, i am attaching a picture. Please tell me is it a DR belly of fat belly and how can i get rid of it. I have a big wedding coming up in 3 months. I am 3.5 month postpartum and cleared for workouts. I went to physio but. I hardly get any time to visit again. I just went for initial appointment. My kid doesnt take longer naps and keeps wanting mama. Dad has to work and is unavailable during the day. Please help.
