Noticed it seemed kind grey/light green/blue before I had any pins. It seems to have darkened and now I have pins. It’s not fuzzy like mold though and doesn’t stink just a concerning color.

Pretty sure I’m contaminated… half of what I thought was mycelium now looks grey rather than white. Wanted to confirm before I toss it. Have another bag colonized ready to go but want to figure out what I’m doing wrong first. I think I made it too thin and therefor dry so been misting the walls a lot which means opening the lid to contamination is my guess.
So I’m wondering for my second try, how thick of sub and I should probably get micropore tape rather than leaving the lid cracked?
