What would be the best case scenario for Elizabeth if this lawyer really goes up to bat for her and she gets no jail time?

I’m 36 with two kids and I feel overwhelmed with maintaining my house, caring for them and my
Pets most days. I’m also full time employed, make good money and have a great support system. I pay a house cleaner twice a month and have a laundry service. My kids are also developmentally on par. This woman has obviously never held down a job, and doesn’t seem like she has the mindset to.

I just have no idea how she would ever manage this many kids solo, her family seems like they dropped the ball with her. I just feel like there’s almost zero positive outcomes for anyone in this situation and that’s what is the most heartbreaking aspect of it all.

I found her in east Saint Louis running next to our public transportation train track (which are electric). She was covered in fight wounds and bleeding. I got her cleaned up and fed, and immediately began scouring Nextdoor, ring, and Facebook for her owner.

The next day I took her to the vet for a chip scan and she had none. The vet did a once over and said she looked newly postpartum but didn’t have a c section. She told me where I found her is a pretty common backyard breeder dump site.

She’s learning daily how to be a good friend to her chihuahua sister and mastiff brother. I’m glad I can help her heal emotionally and physically and let her be a puppy girl.

We’ve got a spay and nose surgery scheduled later on this month. Mastiff got spooked by thunder and broke his toe and that was a surprise cost. She’s loving life! I never thought I’d have a frenchie but she fits in so well!
