Hiya! I’ve been trying to print some props with eSun TPU-LW. Only my last two prints are having new issues, between them I tried drying the filament for 8hrs+ on 70°C.

The infill is super crumbly and the print sounds really crunchy. My earlier prints did not have this issue, so I’m wondering what troubleshoot steps I can take to fix it!

Specs etc:
TPU-LW from eSun
Bambu X1C with .4 nozzle
Feeding external from drybox or spool holder
265°C at 0.55 flow (this is usual for this filament)
TPU-LW is normal TPU with a foaming agent
I tried with retraction off & 0.4 (bambu tpu default)
