The city Housing Element zoned nearly all of our 400+ affordable (affh) units there so we will have to rezone 250 plus affh to other parts of the city and affh units have a higher standard. They need to be on parcels highly likely to develop. As there aren’t any left on 41st these units will be in the lower and upper village. Cliffwood heights. The jewel box. Depot hill. This is what happens when your city stops building and peaks in population in 1990.
