Not Capitola but nearby. Par 3 golf course in Aptos is finally being utilized after decades of abandonment and it’s gonna be a near perfect usage. 318 affordable units in 2 six story mid rises & 170 townhouses. A project only obstructionists who want no new housing will object too.
