I think it’s neck and neck but maybe Jay edges it out (but I am biased). Since then Kendrick has undoubtedly made a classic album with To Pimp A Butterfly, a few decent but poppy albums since then and beat a pop star in a rap beef. Jay has a collab album with the best rapper ever. He probably has one of the hardest rap songs ever. But since AWT I don’t think another album reaches classic status.

So they both have one classic album each and their other albums don’t live up to the other two but I think verse for verse Jay Electronica is better, I mean the man had a collab album with Jay Z and didn’t get out rapper.
