Best place to buy high-quality soil for indoor plants in Hyderabad?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for recommendations on where to buy the best soil for growing plants in pots on my balcony in Hyderabad. I grow a mix of flowering plants, herbs, and a few vegetables, so I’m looking for something that’s fertile, well-draining, and suitable for container gardening.
I’d love suggestions for local nurseries and garden centres in Hyderabad which are trusted and places that sell good-quality garden soil and affordable bulk options for my home .
I tried purchasing in some nearby areas but my plants are dying.

Ticks in 5 month old Shih Tzu

Found 2 huge ticks randomly while playing with him in the last 24 hours. Idk how or why they have appeared. He’s always indoors. I just took him for a walk last night for a brief 15 minutes and I come back to notice a tick . I removed it. Now I noticed one in the morning again while playing with him.
He also just got groomed 15 days back.
How or why are they appearing?
What do I do to get rid of them. I am worried they are more now or the two I removed already put babies.
