Whataburger
I have never experienced service this slow at any fast-food restaurant, let alone one that’s supposed to specialize in quick service. It took over 20 minutes just for the four customers ahead of me to place their orders, and then I had to wait more than 25 additional minutes just to receive a single burger.
The entire operation appeared completely disorganized. It honestly seemed like the management—or whoever was running this location—had no idea what was going on. There was no sense of urgency, no coordination, and no communication with customers about the excessive delays.
Waiting nearly an hour from the time I got in line to receive a simple burger is unacceptable for any fast-food restaurant. If this location cannot handle normal customer traffic, significant improvements in management, staffing, and overall operations are needed. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this location unless you have an extraordinary amount of time to spare.
