T12 shop lights with horrible vision blurriness, point me in the right direction.
We have a small 2500 sq feet shop that has almost 30 t12 8’ LED bulbs.
Over the last 2 years both mine and my partners eye vision has gotten very cloudy/almost like seeing smoke in the shop/how blurry. I’ve read up on the LEDs giving eye strain and headaches which we both get. These are 6000k with a non frosted lense at 80 CRI. These LEDs flicker with a slow motion camera.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for getting new bulbs that will help (somewhere reputable)
I’m think if we drop down to a 5000K and frosted lense with possibly a 90CRI and no flicker led, we might be able to help our eyes some. Old incandescent light bulbs in here take way too long to heat up and just are annoying, also got rid of all the ballasts, so I need a Type B led.
I do not want to change out all the fixtures as we don’t know how long we’ll be in here for.
