Hello. I just want to ask if any of you experienced the same thing.
Nag-book kasi ako ng priority option sa Lalamove to deliver some documents to our client.
May nag-accept and the driver called me to ask for additional tip since hindi daw siya makakapagsabay ng booking since naka-priority option ako.
Hindi ako pumayag and I told him na ang transaction is for corporate use and he needs to give me a receipt kung magdadagdag ako ng payment.
Rider asked me to cancel pero giniit ko na siya ang mag-cancel pero makulit siya. I made him wait for a while bago ko cinancel on my side. I reported him to Lalamove din after.

Has any of you experienced the same thing?
