Curvy girl si belt recommendations

For all my curvy girls out there, I need a recommendation for a belt/brace. I am very hourglass shaped, now add pretty extreme lordosis to that and I cannot find any belts/braces that don't slide up my butt. Any recommendations would be really appreciated! SI belts are such a relief, but only when they stay put.🫤

Shoe recommendations for go-bag please!

We live in Oregon and are potentially facing a really dangerous Wildfire season this year. A few years ago we had an absolutely terrifying one and it hit way way too close to home. We were throwing things in a tote by the front door hoping that we had what we needed, we were completely unprepared. I'm 52 years old and I've lived here my entire life and this was the first time I had ever seen it this close to us. I don't want to be caught with my pants down again so to speak, so we are putting together go bags to have ready just in case. We need to find suitable shoes in case of emergency for my girl's big meaty paws. Any recommendations?

Anyone have any ideas about this sudden color change?

Does anyone have any idea what is going on with the coloration of my shrimp? Has been an opaque bright yellow the entire time I have had it up until a couple of days ago. It seems like it changed color practically overnight. Sick? Reverting? I'm really new to this so please humor me.

EMDR/trauma therapy causing crashes?

A year ago I started EMDR / trauma therapy. CBT has never worked, and I realized that I needed to deal with a lot of traumas. The therapy has been very helpful, and for the first time ever I feel like I am finally making progress. The problem that I am finding is that I am starting to feel like it is causing crashes for me. I definitely don't want to stop therapy, and I'm considering going to every other week schedule instead of every week to see if that helps. Anyone who has done EMDR knows how incredibly exhausting it is. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this? If so, how did you remedy it?

Brand recommending for 75 gal.+ tanks that are not custom

I've developed a big problem this evening. I walked by my 55 gallon cichlid tank and noticed water puddling around the bottom of it. After quickly draining all the water out and putting the fish in a black plastic tote, we flipped it over to see that one of the bottom seals was failing. Damn Aqueon tank was only 2 years old. Now we are scrambling to find a tank. We live in a relatively small area, we have a Petco and a PetSmart locally and that is it. There are some LFS a couple of hours away. We have been needing to upgrade to a larger tank for the cichlids, we just weren't quite ready financially to do it yet. We have thought about looking on Facebook Marketplace, but getting a used tank 75 gallons or bigger worries me. You don't know what kind of problem you might be buying. I'm wondering what brands make good aquariums when you get into the larger size tanks. We really wanted to get a 90 gallon, but they seem to be hard to come by for some reason. At PetSmart they have a 75 gallon Marineland, but I'm not familiar with the quality of their build. Also, most of the stands look seriously sketchy. Recommendations?

We have a big problem. This is a very large raised bed in our front yard. At one time it was gorgeous, and now it is a disaster thanks to bringing in bulk dirt about 7 years ago from a local nursery. It completely infested the flower bed and the grass with horsetails. We have spent the last 3 years spraying to kill them off. Now it is just full of grass and we lost everything. To say that I am devastated would be an understatement. My husband and I are not physically able to hand remove all the grass and dirt. We want to remove everything and refill it with dirt but are scared that we are going to end up with a weed infestation again from the new dirt. How would you go about removing all of this and what would be the best way to bring in bulk dirt to avoid another infestation of weeds? I'm pretty sure that most of the neighbors think that we have abandoned our house at this point! Any ideas are appreciated.
