Is $998 a fair price for a Vapor Gray S49 MK2 limited edition？

I’ve been keeping an eye out for an S49 MK2 and came across this limited-edition Vapor Gray version on Reverb (#204 out of 500).

The seller says the keyboard itself is near-mint and includes the License Transfer ID, though the box has some wear.

Given how rare the Vapor Gray edition is, do you think $998 is a reasonable price for it, or is that a bit steep?
