Why don't my videos look like movies?

Hi

So for a whole now I've been pursuing making short film like videos of daily occurrences in my life. But even though I try to light cinematically and tell a story and everything, my videos dont actually feel like movies. I do use film emulation but I dont think that has anything to do with it. Lack of fill exposure maybe?

I attached still examples. First three are mine from a recent video, last 4 are stills from a video also on YouTube that felt like a real movie to me.

Hi. For context I'm mostly shooting for social media, mainly YouTube, and my niche is cinematic storytelling (kinda like Gawx in a sense). The thing is I look over my shots and they look "muted" I dont know if that makes sense. Compared to other works they all seem alive and present and mine just dont feel that way. I hope you kinda get a sense of what I mean. Why do you think that is? Lack of saturation maybe? Or color?

Hi. I saw this on a product, I think it was Nano diffusion, and it looked sick. How is this done and how can I possibly recreate it? A 3D scan maybe? But the particle effect is have no idea.
