Audi Q7 2025 with tue 3.0l engine. 8,000 miles on it.

We’ve been getting a whiff of burn oil often over the past couple months. I’ve cleaned the parts in blue a couple times as they seem to have oil drips in them. Goes way for a few weeks and apparent drip and whiff comes back.

Are we missing a hose on the two tubes? Can the one on the right be spitting oil droplets? Is it a vent? What else can cause the smell? AOS?
