Cleaning out a relatives apartment and we found this. We are getting mixed information online about it and was hoping someone could tell us how much to sell it for ( if we even should sell it )

2024 Kia Seltos EX was purchased from a Nissan dealership used and it had just under 18,000 km on it, basically brand new.
1st question is the ticking sound that happens when I first start my car it sounds very loud but online everyone says it’s a usual sound, but I figured I’d post a video of mine. I just started the car in this video was on for maybe 30 seconds since I’ve typed this. I think the clicking went down a little bit, but I just wanna know from other people if this is normal.
2nd question is, I’ve noticed this unusual kind of burning plastic. I smell it when I get out of the vehicle and it’s not happening all the time but it’s been happening here and there since I got it. I looked underneath and I noticed on the exhaust pipe there was this weird black stuff that’s kind of bubbling. I don’t know if it was a bag or if it was a coating that’s been burning off slowly or what it is. I’ve posted a photo. ( it’s not letting me add a photo because I attached a video so hopefully I can add it in comments ).
