Mandatory IOP for Leave of Absence request?

In California: A client is requesting a leave of absence for mental health reasons at their work. I’m not able to complete those per policy and referred to department for the letter (with my impressions and recs). They told the client they are required to attend intensive outpatient group therapy in order to obtain the letter for a few weeks and cannot extend it beyond that. They do need more intensive services (2x/weekly sessions, psychiatry, etc.) but I’ve never heard of patients being mandated to attend group in order to get the LOA approval they need. What if they’re not appropriate for group settings? This is clearly not my area of expertise, but wondering if this sounds right?

Anyone wanna let me visit their island?

I’m still new and the resident tent is under construction today so I’m bored with things to do. I’m happy to water your plants or pull weeds if it’s ok to visit your stores! MSG me your code ☺️

Do wasp trees change?

If the wasp nest (and wasps) fall out of a certain tree, does that mean that particular tree remains the “wasp tree” forever? Or does it switch to a different tree?

Dream world??

So I randomly discovered the dream lady who takes you to dream lands. I thought it was a free for all and started packing all the fruits only to discover that they don’t come with you when you leave (yes I felt stupid). Is there a point to going to these places???
