Incorrect milage post check out??!!
Upon acceptance the milage was 3.3mi… then once I went to navigate - it’s 11 fucking miles down back roads. So 30min drive one way… for $13?! No freakin Ty. As an independent contractor we are accepting offers based on what is presented on the screen… CANCEL it damn it. The chat guy/girl was infuriating. Basically saying I was on the alternate route - ummm NO! In now world is Viola 3.3mi from Aldi’s. Nope. Never has been never will be unless they build a new one in BFE !!!
Fix your damn app Instacart! I’ve legit had this issue off and on for years - more increasingly when they took away our ability to SEE the actually written address. Now we have to trust a gps photo and what instacart says the milage is - instead of being able to see actual FACTS for ourselves.
Fml… one more order to reach this damn incentive. Guess it wasn’t meant to be. Maybe I’ll find another one before I sign out for the day. Ugh! 🤨😑🫤
