So the whole crackdown is in France and this is a routine episode with many pirate servers. Why not host them in Russia or some 3rd world country which doesn't give a damn

I know the basics, how to learn more advanced plays I know stuff like reading sheet music, chords and simple rhymes but how can I improve my skills. Most resources on YouTube are for complete beginners or entire songs all at once. I am stuck in the middle ground
