New unreleased flood forms in Halo YT short
Edit 2: pffff Cummon guys, use ya brains. This is not a carrier form, use google image search…
Just seen the latest short “Modernising the art of halo for Campaign Evolved“ on the official Halo Youtube page and saw a snippet of this creature/flood form being modelled in one of the clips. This looks very similar to some of the ealry concept art for the flood forms found in the art of halo book from the 2000s.
I’ve previously theorised that the Devs at Halo Studios have kept a few unannounced details for us for when the game releases. To coincide this theory Installation00 on Youtube posted a video talking to a Dev from HS who strongly hinted there may be a few surprises in store for players specifically during the flood levels. New enemy flood forms? Unannounced weapons maybe? what are your thoughts?
edit: On initial inspection, is this some form of Jackal combat form? Imagine these guys with shields!

Enter Solo, end up in Trios…
I keep entering Solos (I don’t have a mic, casual gamer) and I keep getting pitched against Duos or Trio teams which is killing it for me. Has the number of players dropped that low that they have to combine games now?! Its forced me away from POI and I have to camp and snipe to gain anysort of level playing field… (still havin a blast tho)

CAMPAIGN EVOLVED WEAPON LIST
So I haven't seen anyone list them anywhere yet but thought id make a list of the weapons we are expecting (or will be surprised…) to see upon release. so obviously we will have the original 8 Firearms from the OG game:
ASSAULT RIFLE
MAGNUM
SNIPER RIFLE
SHOTGUN
ROCKET LAUNCHER
PLASMA PISTOL
PLASMA RIFLE
NEEDLER
Halo Studios teased that there will be 9 additional weapons in the campaign (assuming this includes the prequel mission also?) So from what I have seen from all the new footage in the last few days I have seen the following:
BATTLE RIFLE
SMG
ENERGY SWORD
NEEDLE RIFLE
FUEL ROD CANNON
BEAM RIFLE
SPIKER
BRUTE PLASMA RIFLE
SENTINEL BEAM
M99 STANCHION (prequel only?)
What are your thoughts on the list, what are you excited to get your hands on? Have Halo Studios added other weapons in secret? Will there be secret weapons to find similar to the scarab gun?

Got three 1500s for a steal on ebay, looking forward to getting them all cleaned up and planning on laser cutting some foam inserts for all my bike tools.
