Obviously no spoilers like "what did you think of x death or y important event", so I am asking for y'all to walk a fine line here I suppose, but you've seen these types of posts before. Ask me questions about the game, it's characters or events and I'll answer them with all the wisdom and knowledge I can bestow as someone who doesn't even know what genre the game is.

Small edit for any future comments, please dont comment responding to my answers with things like "yeah, that's true", or "you're not far off". I plan to play the game soon and I wanna go in blind to the truth of the game, so ask questions, but don't tell me how close or far I am. You can still answer with more questions though, or ask me my reasoning, but please don't clue me in on how close or far my answers are. Thanks a million!

User U/Seaworthiness7587 contacted me and told me that a user with my profile picture, username, and a u/only one character different from my own had sent them a suspicious link, hacked them, and they had to fight for their account back before looking me up on reddit and mistakenly reporting my actual account instead of the impersonator's. They sent me two pictures as proof. One was proof of them reporting me for fraudulent behavior, and one was the picture of the impersonator's account, only difference haven't been two i's instead of one in my user. The picture of their report told them to inform me I was reported, which they did, and told me to contact a specific discord account to clear the issue or potentially clear my name, discord username alexy788. I friend requested that account and had the following interactions:

"Greetings! This is Mr. Alex Yap, Director of Trust & Safety Policy at Reddit, Inc.

Kindly provide your account link so we can proceed with the investigation and verify what issue is connected to your account."

I told them pretty much everything I said in the above paragraph and was told the following:

"The program has identified certain reports associated with your Reddit account that require further investigation. There are specific procedures that must be completed in order to verify your innocence and secure your account. Once the required process has been successfully completed, your account will be fully protected and restored. Therefore, it is important that you carefully follow all provided instructions to ensure a smooth and prompt resolution. Is that clear?"

I said that was clear, and have been awaiting instruction for about half an hour now. The account who directed me to contact the support had since gone offline, and hasn't responded to my questions or statements. Where to I take this information to get help?
