almost 6 months in and i feel like I've plateaued
I've been going to boxing gym 1-2 days per week for about 6 months (4 months, then had 2 month break due to personal issues, and then I've returned and been training for about 2 months now) , but I feel like i have hit the ceiling.
My footwork, coordination and balance are still atrocious especially when I try to punch after rolls (not as bad during slips though).
I've tried going back to basics, correcting my stance, tried relaxing my knees etc, but I still feel stiff and off balanced.
I am also doing weight lifting, and cardio (treadmill run/sprint, assult bike) when I am not at the boxing gym.
It's that I keep losing balance no matter what
