
Highly Unprofessional Interview Process & Absolute Disrespect for Candidate's Time
I am sharing my recent experience with LTIMindtree (Noida branch) to warn future aspirants about their highly disorganized and unprofessional recruitment process.
I was contacted by a recruiter (Shalini Devamani) for a Senior QA (Java-Test Automation) position. After clearing the 60-minute online assessment and a subsequent technical round, I was asked to travel for a face-to-face interview at their Candor Techspace office in Sector 62, Noida. I was led to believe this would be the final HR/collaboration round.
I flew all the way from Ahmedabad to Noida, only for them to conduct a brief 30-minute repeat of the technical round I had already cleared. When I confronted the recruiter about the mismatch in communication, the story was twisted, claiming this repetitive in-person round was mandatory before moving to salary negotiations.
To make matters worse, after I returned home, the recruiter asked me to urgently submit my Pre-Offer Documents. I complied immediately. Since then, the recruitment team has completely ghosted me. I have attempted to follow up daily with the point of contact, but there has been zero response.
Making a candidate travel across states under false pretenses and then ghosting them after collecting sensitive pre-offer documents is borderline unethical. Immense lack of empathy and professionalism. Avoid wasting your time here.
