I noticed something confusing at ltm ,some seniors who got offer letters at the same time around dec were onboarded in Jun-Sep 2025, while others only got onboarding in Jan-Feb 2026.Is onboarding random or based on things like CGPA, interview score, location preference?
I completed my HR interview on April 30 for the Associate Trainee role(off campus).
I’ve noticed that some candidates received updates earlier in May, but I haven’t seen any updates for candidates who completed their interviews after mid-April.
Is anyone from the late April timeline still waiting?
Or has anyone from this group received any response recently?
From which month LTM started giving OL ? So that we can know gues frm when on boarding will start
I am sharing my recent experience with LTIMindtree (Noida branch) to warn future aspirants about their highly disorganized and unprofessional recruitment process.
I was contacted by a recruiter (Shalini Devamani) for a Senior QA (Java-Test Automation) position. After clearing the 60-minute online assessment and a subsequent technical round, I was asked to travel for a face-to-face interview at their Candor Techspace office in Sector 62, Noida. I was led to believe this would be the final HR/collaboration round.
I flew all the way from Ahmedabad to Noida, only for them to conduct a brief 30-minute repeat of the technical round I had already cleared. When I confronted the recruiter about the mismatch in communication, the story was twisted, claiming this repetitive in-person round was mandatory before moving to salary negotiations.
To make matters worse, after I returned home, the recruiter asked me to urgently submit my Pre-Offer Documents. I complied immediately. Since then, the recruitment team has completely ghosted me. I have attempted to follow up daily with the point of contact, but there has been zero response.
Making a candidate travel across states under false pretenses and then ghosting them after collecting sensitive pre-offer documents is borderline unethical. Immense lack of empathy and professionalism. Avoid wasting your time here.

Had a few doubts regarding training:
What are the main domains and how are they assigned?
Which domains are considered better for growth/projects?
When can we expect training calls at the earliest/probable timeline for 2026 batch?
What are the usual training locations/campuses?
Is the training and assessments manageable for an average student?
Any tips or subjects to prepare beforehand?
Would really appreciate genuine advice from seniors/recent batches 😄

I'm a 2026 passout and got my offer letter in December 2025. I have stuck at a certain point while filling personal details in campbuzz portal . The photo I've uploaded is more than 500kb . Now I'm unable to change the photo and I'm also unable to submit the form without photo change. No matter how many times I raise complaints , they send me an email that the complaint is closed without actually sorting the issue. Now my campuzz is stuck at 75% . Now my friends are getting communication mails and I'm not getting any . So please suggest me any solution.

I uploaded my passport-style photo on the LTI Mindtree CampBuzz registration portal and the image is showing properly in the preview box. However, the upload instructions below it are still displayed in red text.
There’s no popup or explicit error message, and the photo seems uploaded successfully.
Is the red text just part of the portal design/instructions, or does it indicate any issue with the uploaded image? Anyone else facing the same thing during onboarding/registration?

I received my offer letter from LTIMindtree in February 2026, but my document verification status is still showing a lot of documents under “Verification Pending.”
In the portal:
Most semester mark sheets, PAN, Aadhaar, passport, etc. are showing under verification pending.
“Degree semester8” is under document pending.
UAN screenshot is also pending.
The problem is I still haven’t received my 8th semester marksheet from college yet, so I’m unable to upload it.
I wanted to ask:
Is it normal for verification to stay pending for this long?
Do I need to upload all the documents that are showing under non-uploaded/pending again?
What should I do about the 8th semester marksheet if the university hasn’t released it yet?
Will this affect onboarding or DOJ?

Hey everyone,
I just had my interview with LTIMindtree today for the role of Consultant - Package Implementation (SAP MM).
The interview was scheduled as a video call at LTM office and lasted only about 10 minutes. The interviewer was senior and was from the SAP S/4HANA practice specialist.
But here's what confused me he didn't ask me a single technical SAP question. He just asked:
- My introduction
- My work experience
- My internship and training details
That's it. Then he asked if I had any questions, and ended the call.
I'm a fresher with SAP MM certification and 3 months internship experience. I had prepared everything related but none of it came up.
Now I'm confused about:
Was this the HR round or technical round? (They didn't mention anything in mail which round is it)
Is 10 minutes normal or does it mean I got rejected quickly?
Has anyone had a similar experience with LTIMindtree for SAP/Package Implementation roles?
How long did it take to hear back after this kind of round?
Would really appreciate any inputs from people who've been through LTIMindtree's interview process. Thanks

I'm from the south and I would be happy if my training location is anywhere in the south, since it would be financially easier and also accessible for me, since the training location could be random will they look out for some kind of preferences?

So our college started giving out OL after the package upgrade test, but no one has yet received an OL with the upgrade, anybody whose college gave out OL and have received info on package upgrade? If so,what percentage got the upgrade
My doj is 22 june 2026, receieve offer letter and uploaded alm the required documents and bgv also got completed but no update from last 20 days, should i be recieving any joining letter as well?
