We have daily training from 9 to 6

With break after every 2 hours ( 15 mins )

Lunch from 1 to 2 pm

Schedule is hectic a bit because too much to consume , and college life has made us all lazy and phone addicted

In classroom its only you and company laptop and trainer behind your ass just hunting for a chance to point you out .

Please practice long sitting and dopamine reduction yoga's and anything you wanna call it , I never went to college properly , my brain literally just zones out every 5 mins , trying hard to concentrate

Onboarding lesson - domain is secondary , your capacity to take it is primary please just try sitting for 3 hours without phone , the main reason for failure is our own negligence.

New batch might be onboarded on 22 sept ( a little sneak peak on Sutta break , i dont bloody smoke, only passive smoking with friends , sab nashedi mile hai🥲)

I received a Technology Fitment Discussion mail from LTM today for Salesforce. Many people from my college received it as well and a few friends from other colleges also got similar mails earlier.

From my college, it looks like the students who had uploaded a Salesforce certification received this mail today.

Last month, LTM conducted a similar discussion for SAP, and now they are conducting one for Salesforce.

The mail mentions that this is not a technical evaluation and will not have any impact on our employment. I am assuming it may be related to domain/project allocation.

For those who have already gone through something similar:

• What can we expect in this Technology Fitment Discussion?
• What should we prepare before the discussion?
• What kind of questions do they usually ask?
• What is the likely outcome of the discussion?
• If I perform well in the Salesforce discussion on 24th, is it possible that LTM will directly assign me to a Salesforce project?
• Or would they first provide Salesforce training and then allocate a project?
• If LTM considers me suitable for the Salesforce domain based on this discussion, what happens next?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this process at LTM before.

Can someone please explain why the LTM GET’26 group has turned into a fucking nonstop chat room?

Seriously, what is the point? Most people joined that group to GET INFORMATION, not to sit there and read a bunch of pointless conversations, inside jokes, and whatever the fuck else you people are constantly talking about.

If you want to chat 24/7, make a personal group and go wild there. Stop flooding the actual group with your nonsense and burying the information that people are actually there for.

And the same few people , two girls and the usual bunch of guys asslicking around them nobody gives a fuck about your daily conversations. I am fucking irritated to open my phone due to your 2k+ notifications I get in a day from whatsapp

Not everything needs to be said in the main group. Have some basic fucking consideration for everyone else.

Keep the group for what it was actually created for official updates that concern everyone. Take the random bullshit somewhere else.

Hey guys, I guess this is the right time to address the issue. The tone of the post might sound rude but welcome to the reality.

We seriously need to talk about the embarrassing behavior in the LTM WhatsApp group. The moderators have warned people several times, yet the chat is still a toxic mess of off-topic spam and literal verbal abuse.

Let’s be completely honest for a second:

Moderators are done: Multiple warnings have been completely ignored. The spamming hasn't stopped. This is where everything started.

Zero tolerance for abuse: Resorting to insults and abusing others over group chats is pathetic. It needs to be stoped immediately

The onboarding reality check: If you cannot even handle a simple group chat without throwing childish tantrums, HOW THE HECK YOU EVEN EXPECT A COMPANY LIKE LTM TO ONBOARD YOU?

Zero professional ethics: If this is how you behave before day one, it proves you are completely unequipped for a corporate environment. Rectify it now or you will regret later

Language barrier issues: Stop typing Hindi in English script (HINGLISH). We have people from all over India here, and it makes the chat completely unreadable for others. Respect all language.

Take it elsewhere: The group is hitting 1,000+ SPAM MESSAGES A DAY. If you want to argue or banter, go create your own private group.

This group is strictly for official onboarding updates. Fix your attitude, act like adults, and show some basic professionalism.

To the genuine readers, address what you have faced in comments. We need to stop these nonsense. Let's keep it a better community!

L&D team has currently informed me about this situation

the onboarding process for non-trained students from non-MOU colleges is in progress. They will be trained first, after which our onboarding process will begin.

So, let’s wait until the end of this week. If we don’t receive any mail by then, the joining will most likely be in October.

Also, Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated in Maharashtra in September, due to which there may be around 10 days of holidays. Therefore, there is a possibility that we may receive the onboarding mail only after 24 September.

I received my offer letter on December 26, 2025. Later in May, I got an email to join a leadership connect session. After that, in the first week of August, they asked for my confirmation for the Multi Cloud Engineer role, and I selected 'Yes'. This coming Thursday, I have another leadership connect session, but I still haven't received any updates after that.

So the most important day of every LTM offer holder was today 😂

Domain allotment was done for our batch today

Will not elongate much will be straight forward - I'll not reveal mine , privacy purposes sorry .

Total batch strength onboarded - 179

Databricks - 53

SAP - 50

Data azure - 27

Data engineer - 29

Business Intelligence ( BI ) - 20

This was the exact distribution ( can be plus minus upto 3 from SAP amd Data azure )

No one got java , .net, fullstack any other tech please dont mention unnecessary Domain doubts , I have given the exact count of it .

We were the first batch of LTM mahape to get Data domains ( Kalinga dont have much idea but mostly there also no batch of Data is onboarded ) , even we were the first ones to get Saturday off .

Duration - not revealed till now

Any other thing not revealed by the management

Please dont create unnecessary panic and FOMO , it was completely random .

SAP people had certification and a round of interview separately obviously.

Rest all were from Data Science or related degrees , no certification mail was taken into consideration as far as I know , even people who filled java in certification mail got Data.

I tried to clear most of the questions I guess. If you have anything feel free to ask I'll reply everyone , keep calm .

Ps: I'll not tell my domain , so please refrain asking from that - got one of these 5 obviously

I got selected for SE role in Nov 2025. I haven't yet received the OL and Joining date. When can I expect the OL? It's already 17th of Aug 2026.

Hello folks,

Today, I attended the first round of my interview with LTM, which was scheduled virtually. I completed the interview successfully, but | later received an email from the recruiter stating that the "interview had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances"

Does this mean that my application has been rejected? The email also mentioned that they would share the updated interview details if the interview is rescheduled.

Can you guys clarify?

Guys dont wait for the onboarding mails daily
They send those mails around Thursday and Friday ( mostly Thursdays ) and specifically between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm that is what i have inferred from the pattern
So you have to just check your mails on Thursday and Friday ( mostly Thursday) in between 1:30 pm and 3 pm.

Guys, I've attended GD for wayeva Business Development Executive BDE role this afternoon and have one more group call in the evening 6pm. Few people said stipend will be given only if company get profits and if we generate 40k revenue per month.What are your opinions on this.
