I didn't get any onboarding mail. And in my cambuzz the certificates verification is shown pending
Can anyone know when will be onboarding and does anyone get onboarding mail ?

I have received a 2026 offer letter in dec 2025, and I wanted to ask if any MCA 2026 candidates have already completed onboarding. If you or any of your friends have been onboarded, I'd really appreciate your help.
I'm facing an issue on the onboarding portal:
I completed a 3-year BCA, but the portal is showing Semester 7 and Semester 8 marksheets as pending, even though a 3-year BCA only has 6 semesters.
I'm currently pursuing a 2-year MCA, but the portal is showing Semester 5 and Semester 6 marksheets as pending, whereas a 2-year MCA has only 4 semesters.
I have already uploaded all the available marksheets and documents, but these semesters are still appearing as pending.
Has anyone else faced the same issue? Did it cause any problems during document verification or onboarding? If you've already been onboarded (or know someone who has), could you please let me know whether this is just a portal issue or something that needs to be corrected before onboarding?

Hi, I want to ask from those whose onboarding is on 22 july
My all 6 semesters marksheet have been rejected with this comment "please upload college issued original marksheet to onboard".
But I followed all the steps stated in the email from them earlier i.e. for internet downloaded marksheet, upload them with college attestation and signature and this is exactly what I did, downloaded marksheet from University's portal, went to college for attestation and signature, then uploaded on the campbuzz portal but still they rejected them.
Is there anyone who too uploaded internet downloaded marksheet?
Would really appreciate any response.

Hey yall, got placed in GET role in feb, been like 5 months and I did not any updates on onboarding other than a mail asking me when my college will end.
Just wanted to know what are yall doing, any skills u are learning, these 5 months making me feel like I ain't built for IT field ngl, I see ppl ranting of applying to 500+ jobs and landing not even an interview and that makes me feel to not even try for other opportunities and just wait till I get onboarded. How are you guys dealing with being unemployed at home. Making this post so i get some clarity and be productive once again :)
I am a SAPUI5 and BTP developer with 5 years and 3 months experience. I have offer from Deloitte USI with 18 fixed + 1.8 variable + 1 lakh bonus.
I have another offer from LTM with 20.5 fixed + 3 variable.
LTM is offering me the highest but everywhere I see there is no SAP projects in LTM and I will be mostly benched. In Deloitte USI the scope for SAP is great but horrible wlb.
I am really confused now. My joining date is 13th July. Please share some insights.

I recently got placed at LTM, and as part of the onboarding/LTM requirements, I need to upload Salesforce course certificates.
Could anyone recommend free Salesforce courses that provide a certificate upon completion? I'm mainly looking for courses that are accepted for this requirement.
If you've gone through the same process or know of any good options (including Trailhead or other platforms), I'd really appreciate your recommendations.

For the past few weeks, I've been feeling disappointed with how placements turned out. I'm a recent graduate with a job offer, and I'm grateful for it, but after the amount of effort I put in over the last few years, I genuinely feel I didn't reach the level I was capable of. That feeling of "I could've done better" has been bothering me. But I've also realized something: dwelling on the past won't change anything. The only thing that matters now is what I do next.
I'm looking to connect with people who feel the same way, people who know they have potential, but for one reason or another didn't end up where they once thought they would. Whether you're placed or unplaced doesn't matter. What matters is that you've had that realization that time is limited, and it's time to level up.

A few things I realised:
Joining dates and domains are completely random. You don't have any control over either.
There's no point checking your inbox every day waiting for a joining letter. That's the same mistake many of us made in college, waiting for the "right opportunity" instead of improving ourselves. I've seen seniors do the same after graduation: they kept waiting and never really upskilled.
Instead, pick a direction, frontend, backend, data science, or whatever interests you and keep learning while applying for other opportunities. Even after joining, there's no guarantee you'll get the domain you want, and there's no guarantee you'll clear training either. Since so much is outside your control, focus on what you can control, your skills.
