Can we upload Bonafide Certificate in Passing/Provisional Certificate section on LTM CampBuzz portal? Can any senior help

Hi everyone,

I have a doubt regarding the document upload on the LTM CampBuzz portal.

In the section asking for Passing Certificate / Provisional Certificate, can we upload a Bonafide Certificate temporarily if the provisional certificate or official passing certificate hasn’t been issued yet?

Also, if we upload a bonafide certificate and it gets rejected during verification, will that affect or delay onboarding later until we receive the provisional degree?

LTIMindtree Freshers: When will onboarding happen & what decides it?

I received my LTIMindtree offer letter in Dec 2025 for a fresher role and I’m trying to understand the onboarding process. I’ve noticed people with offer letters from the same period getting onboarding at very different times.

Is onboarding random or based on factors like CGPA, assessment score, technical interview performance, location preference.

Also, for someone who got the offer in Dec 2025, when can onboarding realistically be expected based on recent trends? Would appreciate responses from people who already joined or received onboarding recently.

LTM Onboarding Feels Random? Is There Any Hidden Selection Logic?

I noticed something confusing at ltm ,some seniors who got offer letters at the same time around dec were onboarded in Jun-Sep 2025, while others only got onboarding in Jan-Feb 2026.Is onboarding random or based on things like CGPA, interview score, location preference?

LTI Mindtree CampBuzz portal showing upload instructions in red even after successful photo upload is this normal?

I uploaded my passport-style photo on the LTI Mindtree CampBuzz registration portal and the image is showing properly in the preview box. However, the upload instructions below it are still displayed in red text.

There’s no popup or explicit error message, and the photo seems uploaded successfully.

Is the red text just part of the portal design/instructions, or does it indicate any issue with the uploaded image? Anyone else facing the same thing during onboarding/registration?

Selection rate between AI bot interview candidates vs normal online interview candidates?

I'm having my hr interview on 17th may I had a doubt regarding the hiring process and wanted to know if anyone else has noticed something similar.

In my college placements, some students first had an AI bot interview round and then later gave the normal online/technical interview as well. Others directly had the regular online interview process.

What I’m noticing is that comparatively more people from the AI bot interview group seem to be getting selected and recieved offer letter than the ones who only had the normal interview process.

why is this so any idea?
