Genuine question , Are there actually good guys in Kanpur, or am I just looking in all the wrong places?

Did they eventually receive full-time/regular employment?

Do they have any updates about their current status?

guys what if by mistake i drew an anticlockwise spiral(only one anticlockwise ,thenli drew multiple clockwise) after writing the wish n then i got scared n then i scribbled over it n threw away the page ,what will happen????

seriously man i mean it's been over a month since any of us received proper onboarding details like before.

I don't even have a reply to my parents now.

People who are in training are telling us to enjoy eventually we'll get onboarded but how to survive this period, every other day there's this fomo , feeling of being left behind , so much uncertainty. Does this company care even 1 percent abt us, today i have anxiety about onboarding, when onboarded I'll be anxious abt the domain, then I'll have anxiety to clear each milestone properly, then I'll be anxious to get full time and then to switch job and get a better one , atp i feel it's all my fault. Everyone tells you to upskill yourself, prepare something, enjoy this phase , but i am so fed up and so tired and i can't understand anything now. i feel what if what I'm preparing will not be enough for training, or what if i get training into a domain which I am not familiar with. Or even bigger question when will i get onboarded ,idk i am seriously so hopeless atp.

on next onboarding for get role

as they literally sent it to a handful of people

as far as I've seen people who didn't receive leadership session mails be it for may month or this aug one , majorly they have received their joining .

so everyone with leadership session mails, our joining is delayed wtf

so there's this senior I've been in contact with and he told me next onboarding dates are expected to come tomorrow, either for the 26th of aug or 4th sept , also he mentioned there are chances of mass onboarding in sept like it happened last year.

I honestly didn’t expect this post to get so much reach.I do understand everyone's situation and I'm in the same boat as y'all, I only shared the information I received from a senior, so please don’t lose hope if it doesn’t happen tomorrow as they said. Let’s wait for an official update before assuming anything. ❤️

Since most of the batches onboarded from June onwards seem to have been assigned Java/Full Stack or similar Java-based domains, I was wondering what we can expect from the next onboarding batches.

So far, I haven't seen anyone getting Data Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc. Do you think LTM will continue assigning mainly Java domains, or could they start opening up these other domains in the upcoming onboardings?

What do you guys think? Has anyone heard anything about the upcoming domain allocations?

I'm genuinely tired of waiting for LTI Mindtree's onboarding.

The most frustrating part isn't even the delay, it's the complete lack of communication.

There are no specified joining dates, no timeline, no estimated month, nothing. Every single day starts with checking my email, hoping that maybe today will finally be the day I receive my joining letter, only to end in disappointment again.

This uncertainty creates so much anxiety. It's incredibly difficult to plan anything when you have absolutely no idea whether you'll be joining next week, next month, or several months later.

What makes it worse is that many other companies like Infosys, EY GDS, Capgemini, and others have at least communicated expected onboarding timelines to their candidates. The dates may be months away, but candidates know where they stand and can plan accordingly.

With LTI Mindtree, everything feels completely random. It honestly gives the impression that candidate communication is not being treated as a priority.

Freshers have invested months preparing, rejecting other opportunities, and waiting with no clarity whatsoever.

Is anyone else going through the same thing? How are you dealing with this uncertainty?

I also feel that if enough affected candidates speak up professionally on LinkedIn by tagging LTI Mindtree and sharing their onboarding experience, it might encourage the company to improve its communication. The goal shouldn't be to attack anyone personally, but to request greater transparency and timely updates for all waiting candidates.

I've been hearing a lot abt people being terminated or resigning during the training period, CAN SOMEONE TELL WHAT'S THE TERMINATION RATE AS OF NOW?
