RTK issues

Hi all, my Lymow One has started getting confused and not mowing full zones, and cannot find its way back to the charging base station.

Looking at the RTK diagnostic screen I get this. I’ve done the following:

- checked RTK power supply (it has a red light)
- plugged the RTK directly into the base station cable (still has a red light)
- moved the mower into a space with a clear view of the sky
- removed the mower battery for a while and restarted it

Any ideas what could fix it?

Hello everyone, I had a Lymow One finally delivered in November last year. The mowing season was already over so it has been sitting in the box awaiting setup. Now is the time!

Please could someone point me in the direction of the things I need to do to set up properly that aren’t mentioned in the manual? I recall loosening the tracks has come up in this sub but can’t remember what else. Any guidance gratefully received!

(I don’t think I will try to have it replaced with a Lymow One Plus. The original took long enough to find its way to rural France with delivery issues and I’m not sure I can face going through that again. If anyone thinks I’m being very stupid on this, please do say so!)
