Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking to move in late August or by September 1st and the Zillow options are slim. Looking for a house or duplex that has a yard for my pup and at least 2 bedrooms. Max budget is $3k. Responsible renters with 5+ years of rental history and each have credit scores over 800. Wondering if anyone has any individual leads or potential property management websites to look at that might not be posted on Zillow. Thank you!
