Reta or Tesa
Hi everyone, looking for advice on whether to run Reta or Tesa, or both at the same time.
I’m 5’9 175lbs. I like to be in the range of 170-175lbs so I’m not necessarily looking to shed a ton of weight.
Always been athletic/worked out. However I’ve been battling a major shoulder injury for about 6 months so my workouts have been impacted. I’m having trouble getting rid of the belly fat. I’m looking for any advice on utilizing reta or tesa. I am taking the wolverine mix for my shoulder as well if that makes any difference. My sleep/recovery has never been great which is why I was leaning more towards tesa.
Thanks for your input and I hope I provided enough background for your helpful input.
Edit: Thank you for all the input so far. I I am tracking macros, working out 2-5x a week (I travel for work so its hard to get into the gym some days). To clarify, im not trying to necessarily lose weight (having some assistance with food noise would be nice), im more looking for some assistance toning up my gut and love handles. I did do bloodwork before considering all of this.
