Bought a brand new FS 91 a couple weeks back. I finally got around to using it two days ago, and it worked without issue. Today, when I went to use it, the motor started no problem but the head doesn’t spin at all.

I’m not very mechanically knowledgeable; the store where I bought it is an hour away, and they put it together for me. Any idea what could be wrong? I can do some simple fixes but just wondering if I need to drive the hour back to have the exchange it or something. Thanks!
