40 years old, 6'4", looking for an XL, only ever rode mechanical hardtails. Wanted for assist, not throttle. Mostly used for gravel and trails, not doing steep climbs or downhill often.

My hangup is the HPR50 vs 60, should I just get a new Gen? My local dealers are Trek or Giant.

Either of these look like a good jump in point?
