I'm using Roast Tech on MacOS with my SR900 and I'm running into an annoying issue. Every time I run a manual roast, even when I set roast time to 15 minutes, it automatically goes into cooling mode 1 minute into the roast. I can run profile roasts fine and even switch into manual mode after running in profile mode for a few minutes but every time I start in manual mode it starts cooling after a minute. Had anyone ran into similar issues or have any ideas?
