When i restart my phone and hold the volume up and down button it takes me to the bootloader blue screen and then when i hold the volume up button for 3 seconds it shows if i wanna lock the bootloader, does anyone know a fix for this???

Ive been trying to unlock the bootloader on my samsung a23 but when i have to connect the phone to my laptop and i have to turn off and hold the volume up and down button while inserting the usb-c cable it just does not open the menu its supposed to open, does anyone know what could be the issue? (Im on one ui 6.0)

I tried spoofing again on iphone/ios but i saw a lot of threads saying the safest way is paying around 80$, is there any way to spoof on a windows laptop for cheaper and still safe?
