I love shifty colors!

Hey there! I got some new-to-me colors from fellow lacquerists over on the swap sub and I was dying to try them out. 💖 Initially I planned a skittle mani since I now have a lot of choices and decisiveness in the face of Shiny is not my strong suit. So I tried out Lyn B Designs Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade on one fingernail and was entranced by how the polish went on and how the iridescent flakies added a lot of depth when layered. So instead of a skittles mani, I ended up painting all ten fingers in the same color and topped everything with Sally Hansen QDTC.

My daughter is in love with the thermal color change and she’s like me in loving all things blurple and sparkly, so I’m going to have fun sharing this one with her too.

It’s been a good several years since I last polished my nails. After undergoing some Big Life Changes (tm), I wanted to get into something that I could enjoy easily with my daughter. Here’s the first nail polish I’ve done in years, and now I also have some indie polishes on the way!
