Nest plopped right in the middle of the course. Instructor had to put cones around to make sure the students don't run them over.

My A9+ tablet has lines on the left side and the entire screen is misaligned. Anyone know what could've caused this? It was not dropped I know that for sure. Could it have been heat or moisture? What's most likely?

Edit: There are no cracks on the screen.
