Cold Turkey "Test Run"

For future reference

About me: anxiety disorders, OCD and cPTSD.

Standard meds: Pregabalin 200 mg, Paroxetine 20 mg

Story:

A few months ago, I was having sleep problems, so I received zopiclone from my psychiatrist. I finished it very quickly and obtained zolpidem from a family member. When that ran out, I bought illegal alprazolam and took 1 mg every evening before bed for three months... :/

Disclaimer:

I know that I should be very cautious and taper slowly. I will do that, but first I will stop taking it for a few days for a "test run". If I experience any severe symptoms, I will start tapering.

I'll write again in a few days to give an update. This is last day with benzo. Tomorrow, I will try sleeping without it.

My first sake - what do you think?

I received this sake as a gift. It is Nihonsakari Junmai Ginjo Sakari No. 13. I have no experience with this type of alcohol, and there is not much information about this particular brand... :(

Is it some high-quality sake or a cheap product intended for tourists?

This is my first time trying sake, and I'd like to avoid a negative experience. However, I probably won't be able to appreciate a premium brand without first trying something from the middle shelf...

What do you think?
