Does anyone have any good anxiety med recommendations? I’ve tried all SSRIs and other meds they my life I have forgotten names but my anxiety has been at an all time high and had became crippling and the current med I’m on (Lexapro) has suddenly stopped working completely so I have an appointment coming up with my med Dr he doesn’t really know what he’s doing so he told me to find a med for myself. So here I am 😂 I do breastfeed so anyone who is or has breastfed or knows about bf and meds lmk!!

How to stop this anxiety. I’m living everyday in such fear of the end times. Everyone is saying it’ll happen this year or the next. But 1000% by 2033. I’m praying about it everyday I recently picked my Bible back up and am trying to read it every morning and night. But this crippling anxiety is killing me. I hear everyday by many people that he is coming soon soon and it’s terrifying me. I can’t eat I can’t sleep I’m not present with my life all I do non stop is research about the end times and I’m throwing up due to it and hysterically crying multiple times a day. I know the Bible verses trust me I just need some type of reassurance.
