I have severe anhedonia, I can't watch more than 30 seconds of TV, can't listen to more than 30 seconds of music, can't read more than a page of a book. I just stare into space most of the day.

It's getting so tiresome.

I don't know what to do.

I've found benzodiazapenes work for musical- and televisual anhedonia and also reading anhedonia
