UK England- tenants have trashed the house and costs are well above the deposit
Hello, in essence we own a property in England that is fully managed by a letting agency (we live a few hours away), in the last couple of years the agency has mentioned that the tenants were smoking in the house and that the wooden floors were a bit scuffed. Last month the tenants left and the house was A LOT worse than what we imagined (also the previous photos provided by the agents were very specific and hard to see the actual state of things). We have had the renovations quoted and it will be well above £4k. The deposit is managed externally. Is there any way to recoup these costs? Would you ask for the difference from the tenants, agency or both? First time renting a place and we are not sure where to go tbh. The agency has suggested we reach out to the landlord association. Freelander 2 issues [low power on low revs]
Having some annoying issues with my Freelander 2, basically when I first start the car it runs fine, but after turning it off and starting it again (after a few hours) the car runs really low on power. No lights on dash, just feels like it wants to die out of first gear, making junctions a nightmare. The only permanent codes are B100A-15 and B10EA-14 (which do not seem related to the symptoms?), I have replaced the boost sensor, MAF (with temp), throttle pedal and throttle body, turbo actuator moves and I can’t see any splits on the charge pipes. Any ideas what else I should be looking at? Fuel? Crank sensor? Thanks!
