CL screening tickets via exchange

Unfortunately, though my brother and I were in the Red member queue earlier we both got dealt rubbish queue positions and we were only just about able to get a single seat.

I’ve seen that some of the tickets are being sold on third party websites (not sure how this is possible given they can’t be exchanged?) but is there any likelihood at all of some of these tickets going up on the exchange now? Or am I wasting my time?
