I haven't been able to access it since 9 in the morning, This is the second time this week. istg, with the ac shenanigans and now the wifi, hespeler has been absolutely horrible

To receive cold air, please set your thermostat to cool and set the temperature down (not unreasonably so, preferably a few degrees at a time) , and give it a few hours to circulate and begin cooling. Additional time is needed because the cooling has been turned on for the first time in a while and needs time to circulate. You will begin to receive cold air, however, it may take some time for the A/C to cool at its full capacity. If there are any issues after your thermostat has been on overnight, please notify us.
The temp is turned all the way down, yet its boiling in my room? Is there something I need to do to the thermostat to set it to cool?
