What to keep in mind when making an NSFW game?

Hi all! What are some things to keep in mind when making an NSFW game with a sexual theme (no nudity; just wording and suggestive illustrations)? I understand that the NSFW nature would appeal just to a niche and severely restrict the market (is there even a decent market for such games? how can that be gauged?). I can also see the theme making advertising on common platforms tricky. And selling in stores might be impossible. For crowdfunding, would common platforms even allow such games? I read that Kickstarter recently decided to ban all NSFW content (I could be wrong) - are there alternative platforms that might allow such games (I am not too familiar with platforms beyond Kickstarter)? I'd appreciate any insight on this topic so that I understand the practical reality. Thank you for your time!

Help with illustrating "take token from game" vs "take token from target player"

Hey y'all! In the game I'm working on, there is a resource token that the game provides, which players can also have as a personal resource. By 'resource token' I mean something like money in Monopoly, and by 'the game' I mean the bank that all players have access to.

In my game, cards dictate the amount of these tokens that players can take, either from the game or from other players. Some cards have the player take tokens from the game, and other cards have the player take tokens from the target player the player plays the card on. Cards only have one option (i.e., NOT take from both the game and the target player).

Currently, in my card prototypes, I have an icon to indicate the resource token, and a number to indicate how much to take (e.g., "💰 +2"). I use the same icon for both cases (taking token from game, and target player), and explain the different cases in the rule book (the case depends on the type of card played). However, from playtesting (and common sense, in retrospect), it is clear that I need two different ways to illustrate the two cases. But I am genuinely lost at coming up with intuitive and simple imagery. Do you have any suggestions/references I could use for inspiration? The 💰 emoji I used earlier was just an example and not the actual icon I use. Oh and, the case where a player takes tokens from the game is much more common than the case where they take from the target player. I would appreciate any insight, inspiration and advice!

Thanks in advance!
