Is social contract theory still important today

Title. Are Social Contract theories (Hobbes, Locke and Rousseau) still important today or do they only have value as part of the history of political philosophy??

Withdrawing a paper after submission ← probablemente la más clara.

First time posting here, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask.

I submitted a philosophy paper to a journal, but after a few days I requested that it be withdrawn because I felt it needed further revision. I later resubmitted it, and now I'm thinking about withdrawing it again.

Should I do it?

The paper hasn't been reviewed yet, but I'm worried that requesting another withdrawal might affect the journal's perception of me and make a rejection more likely.

Would it be better to withdraw it again, or should I just leave it as it is?

EDIT: I fixed the grammar of the title using chatgpt and then I just copied what chatgpt gave me, now I realize that I also copied chatgpt opinion about the title ("probablemente la más clara"), can some mod fix it? xD

Kurama

Am I the only one who thinks that Kurama should have reincarnated instead of being resurrected?? That the new nine-tails inside himawari should have been a new being with no memories of Naruto whatsoever and with a new name?
