Young scoliosis effecting trying to move on with life

Hi im a 28y m ive had scoliosis my whole life. Boston brace from 6 to 11 then told it didn't work so had a spinal fusion and 3 years later had to have another because my spine started to twist, it had to be broken back into position. Anyway the point of this post. When I had a check up 10 years ago they asked about my mental health, I thought I was completely fine but now im not sure. I am so out going, I rock climb, run, sea swim and I live in a van. Most thing my doctor would hate but as I get older its hitting me about how being told "you cant do that" affects you. I want to know how people out there have over come the childhood bubble wrap that come with a going through this at a young age.

Thank you

Hello there. Im dyslexia and struggle to read for a long time. I read Thursday murder club because chapters were so short and easy to feel accomplished even for a shot amount of time. Id love to know if there's a category for these types of book. Almost like adult books for kids. Embarrassing. Thank

Id love some help getting me to push myself further. Thank you 😊
