Why uber allows driver give me 1 star while getting my tip?
I gave every driver 5 star and always tipped 15 to 20 percent. I swear to god I never do anything really bad. I do not like small talk and prefer not talking to driver.
But I got a 1 star. I definitely gave 5 and tipped that driver. I feel angry about this.
How can I overcome this?
If I decide no tip going forward, is it over reaction?
